The University of Baguio (UB) and its School of Business Administration and Accountancy (SBAA) remain devoted to upholding its commitment to academic excellence and world competitiveness. This was splendidly proven in the Certified Financial Management Specialist (CFMS) assessment exam last 13 September 2025 where UB-SBAA proudly yielded the Top 1 nationwide.
Heading this success is Ms. Elisa Lorette C. Tade, who scored Top 1 with an excellent rating of 93.75%. Her outstanding achievement testifies to her discipline, determination, and mastery in finance and reaffirms UB-SBAA’s dedication to producing competent professionals capable of addressing world challenges.
The CFMS examination is an online assessment intended to accredit the knowledge and skill of a person in the finance area. The said examination was administered by the Center for Professional Advancement and Continuing Education, Inc. (CPACE Philippines) on September 13, 2025.
The University also congratulates Ms. Shekinah Joy R. Jugal on passing the exam, enhancing the UB-SBAA pride.
These are witness of the University’s dedication to providing quality education that equips its students with the competencies and competence required to thrive in the constantly evolving industry of finance.
